Blink Tech is working with Orange County GIS services to harvest street mapping data to provide HANDS of Central Florida with an address validation engine to accurately determine their client’s location and jurisdiction. HANDS, which has been using a CMS built by Blink Tech since 2005, provides housing counseling and education services which are funded by a variety of sources. The better HANDS can efficiently define geolocation and jurisdiction, the better they can dispurse these funded services to those in need.
